African Bloodstone and Black Tourmaline Patient Endurance

'Seftonite', commonly known as African Bloodstone or Heliotrope, is a dark green variety of chalcedony (quartz) featuring rich red iron oxide inclusions. It reminds us that we can feel and ground any energies in the body that arise from the heart and release these emotional and mental energies before they reach the point of no return (panic), encouraging a positive attitude even in difficult circumstances. 

This creation is very strong and steady, it is a mirror-reflection of the absolute calm that lies beneath the waves of the surface  within, and when we remember this, we let go and allow Nature to sweep away that which must pass, we are reborn into our natural state.
