For a long time I have been dreaming of Selenite pendants with Selenite beads!
This one is called Moonlight.
Selenite is named after Selene, Goddess of the Moon.
She drives her Moon chariot across the night skies.
Selenite has this incredible ability to glow, even in dull light.
Selenite is unlike any other crystal. It doesn’t need to be 'charged', and it will amplify the energy of all crystals set upon or near it.
Before 2004, gypsum was thought to only exist on Earth. Then, it was confirmed that gypsum dune fields existed on the surface of Mars as well.
Maybe that’s why its energy feels so out of this world!

Selenite
Selenite crystal System is Monoclinic.
In the Monoclinic system, the crystal is described by vectors of unequal lengths, as in the orthorhombic system. They form a rectangular prism with a parallelogram as its base.
Selenite is a crystallised form of gypsum, mostly commonly found in the form of a translucent, multifaceted stone. It's formed when sulfate and calcium-rich saltwater evaporates. It is soft and fibreous by nature and it has a hardness of 2 on the Mohs scale. Some of the largest crystals ever found are of Selenite, the largest specimen found in the 'Naica Mine's Cave of the Crystals' being 12 metres long and weighing 55 tons.
