Pendants and tools are created by hand by me, so my creations will not be factory-perfect, there will be imperfections and are a part of the artistic process. I do not offer anything I will not be happy with myself and I offer my creations in good faith.

Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase.

I mostly choose by hand what I offer for purchase and offer everything mindfully so there will not be an item offered that is 2nd-grade - unless of course it was offered as 2nd-grade, so it is very important to me that my one-woman operation runs smoothly as possible - and this means quality control is 100%.

Payments can be made either by PayPal or credit card or bank (preferred) within Australia.

International Buyers

PayPal or credit card.

Postage

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days and sometimes on the day, when payment has been finalised and cleared in our account.

You will be contacted by email if any issues arise.

Delivery times within Australia are out of our control and can range from 5 to IO working days depending on your location within Australia.

For international post, delivery can take up to 5-6 weeks depending on location.

Postage within Australia is a flat rate of $ 15 no matter how much you purchase which includes tracked insurance, so you will be required to present identification to claim your package from your postie or post office.

For Customers Outside Australia

USA - Postage begins at $85 with insurance and tracking included and you will receive free insured postage when you spend $300.

For US buyers, we pay the current $60.00 tariff.
Any customs fees encountered in your country are covered by you.

For the rest of the world postage is determined at checkout with free postage insured after $300.

I have never had a creation returned because I provide clear photographs and video for you to take your time investigating.
