OM is the most sacred syllable symbol and mantra of Brahman, which is the ultimate reality, consciousness or Atman (Self within). It is called the Shabda Brahman (Brahman as sound) and believed to be the primordial sound (pranava) of the universe. Om connects all living beings to nature and the universe. You can chant Om silently or aloud. Om is not just a sound, it's a wave of the universe. Om is a powerful sound that lies within us. Chanting Om or Aum is a sacred practice that helps our mind and body to energise.
New Jade is often referred to as the “Stone of Earth” and is associated with protection, healing, and spiritual growth. It symbolises connection with nature and promotes a sense of balance and harmony.

Measures - 4.5 cms/ almost 2" in length from top of hook to lowest point.
