OM is the most sacred syllable symbol and mantra of Brahman, which is the ultimate reality, consciousness or Atman (Self within). It is called the Shabda Brahman (Brahman as sound) and believed to be the primordial sound (pranava) of the universe. Om connects all living beings to nature and the universe. You can chant Om silently or aloud. Om is not just a sound, it's a wave of the universe. Om is a powerful sound that lies within us. Chanting Om or Aum is a sacred practice that helps our mind and body to energise.
 
Prehnite is known as the 'healer's healer' and being green, corresponds to the Heart Chakra, because empathy is essential for the loving being who seeks to connect and heal others through the heart. Prehnite assists us in remembering that we too deserve our own consideration and love and compassion, it helps us to remember to regularely process life authentically so we may truly be a blessing. 
 
It was known in the past as a stone of magic, and this may have been because it so strongly connects you to the Divine Mind. This green stone also assists you to make a connection with elemental beings, who love to be of service to you, if you treat them with respect.
 
This pair have Epidote inside Prehnite. Epidote is seen as a stone of personal transformation and growth. It helps individuals overcome challenges, embrace change, and evolve spiritually and personally. This crystal dissipates negativity and enhances one's capacity to focus on positive aspects of life.
