'Sovereignty' Chrysocolla and Malachite Beaded Necklace"

'Sovereignty' Chrysocolla and Malachite Beaded Necklace"

It takes courage to feel our feelings and honour them and let them be what they are without doing anything to fix them or change them. You can do it!

Until we truly open the heart and say yes to everything that arises to be felt, we will suffer a lot and desire the outside world to match our hearts' desire.

Chrysocolla is a stone of wise women everywhere.

Worn or carried, it helps older women to express their knowledge and experience through writing, painting, music, crafts, or acting. It is a remarkable gift for first-time grandmothers and great-grandmothers to help balance their new caring role and is a good stone for those who may feel nervous at home at night if living alone.

One interesting energy of Chrysocolla, known since antiquity, is its property of encouraging people to stay at home. It is the stone of monks, hermits, and prisoners, diminishing the anxiety and depression that often accompanies seclusion.

People with wandering temperaments, who never stay in one place, would benefit from it.

Chrysocolla-Malachite is a feminine energy, gentler than Malachite alone; the onus is on heart opening and maintaining the channels to access the heart easily when in times of stress. This means not attaching to mental dialogue to try to hide and do what you 'should' according to outside influences, and trusting the process of life.

"I allow and fully feel all my emotions and give them the most valuable gift I can give - the gift of my presence.'

  • Mineralogy & Crystallography Chrysocolla Malachite

Chrysocolla-Malachite is a combination of two copper-derived silicate minerals.  Blue Chrysocolla belongs to the Phyllosilicate group, while green Malachite belongs to the C

arbonate group.  It is a mineral of secondary origin commonly associated with other secondary copper minerals, like Malachite.
Chrysocolla is an alloy composed of 4 parts copper, 2 parts asem (a kind of tin-copper alloy) and 1 part gold and in the Orthorhombic crystal system.

The name Chrysocolla comes from the ancient Greek χρυσός (chrysos) and κολλα (kolla), "gold" and "glue," in allusion to the name of the material used to solder gold and was first used by Theophrastus in 315 BC.

Malachite is an opaque, green-banded mineral in the Monoclinic crystal system.
